We are unable to provide full refunds. Only the shipping cost may be refunded in certain cases. Once a tracking number is issued, other order fees cannot be refunded. If a return is processed, the package must be returned in its original, unopened condition. After we receive it, a refund minus the shipping fee will be issued.

Order changes are applicable only if the tracking number of the order is not yet assigned.
