  • Refund Exceptions:  Refunds are allowed for unopened and untampered packages, marked returned to the sender. In these cases, a refund (minus shipping cost) will be issued upon returned and inspected product.

  • If issues occur after the package leaves our warehouse, customers must file a claim with their local postal service.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • A postal service claim number is required to process a replacement.
  • For packages marked as “Delivered” but missing, a claim must be filed. Replacement shipments will include signature verification or be sent to an updated address.
