- For U.S. Customers: Orders are shipped within the United States from Los Angeles, California. USPS Priority shipping is used, and a tracking number will be provided.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Most packages arrive in 3 to 7 days after a tracking number is issued. Delivery times may change depending on the postal carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost or stolen during transit, a claim number from the postal service is required. This claim number must be submitted before a replacement shipment can be processed. If a package is marked as “Delivered” but is missing, a claim must also be filed with the postal service.
